Este es un aviso para las personas que compran en china, recuerda que entre el 19 de enero y el 30 del mismo mes los chinos celebran su año nuevo por lo cual todo tipo de trabajo se paraliza en el país, solo hay celebración. Así que tomen sus medidas, hagan el pedido después de las fiestas.

Please note that during Chinese New Year (19th Jan, 2011 - 30th Jan, 2012), our office will be closed and dispatch will be very limited during this period. There will only be limited customer support to handle basic issues such as parcel tracking. Inquiries that are specifically related to products will only be answered after the Chinese New Year as our suppliers will be on holiday too.

If your parcel is not dispatched before 19th Jan, 2012, most likely it will only be dispatched after the holiday.Based on our past experience, we will have to process a large number of orders when the office re-opens and we seek your understanding about the delay. However, you can be assured that we will do our best to process and dispatch your orders as soon as possible.
